Dear Worldwide Woodturners,
I am requesting copies of the following documents as required for public disclosure under IRS Section 6104:
I understand that the organization may charge the IRS-permitted fees for copying, searching, and actual postage costs associated with this request. Fees may be assessed at actual cost for any request that requires special services or materials including scanning of hardcopy records provided to a requestor at a rate of $30 per hour for searching and submission to a requestor to cover costs and $0.20 per document page. Please let me, the requestor know the total amount due [including 3rd party payment processor fees] and the method of payment. Requestor must provide a valid email address, telephone number, address; have a valid electronic payment method via CC and typical 3rd party processor account via PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Zelle, et al; personal checks are not accepted.
I also understand that requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt, which is within the IRS standard of 60 days.
