Dried (possibly stabilized) cherry burl

Post by wahtiewoodturning »

Has anyone got some kiln dried and/or stabilized cherry burl? I'm looking for two 3x3x6 blanks for a Peppermill and matching salt cellar project.

And what is your barter for the cherry? You have to be offering something to make the barter enticing for someone.

I can trade some greenish chery burl to replace the dry, I have some wonderful (and wonderfully) spalted elm, box elder, Japanese ornamental cherry, hickory burl ...
